夫妻团聚申请注意事项：

1）bad faith

2）bona fide marriage

3）marriage of convenience/ marriage of divorce

4）the primary purpose is not to gain the prvilieged status 

5）the PR sponsor should reside in Canada during the entire process

6）undertaking bar

7）the sponsor who is citizen submitting application outside Canada should provide solid evidence rendering the convincing intention to return to Canada with his/her spouse upon approval

8）PFL or interview

9）Appeal to IAD as well as judicail review in federal court

10）open spousal work permit conjunction with inland spousal sponsorship application

11）legal status as implied status waiting for the OWP issurance

父母团聚申请注意事项：

1）名额问题（之前是first come first service; 之后是抢号；今年的政策还没出来）。

2）收入要求：担保人（或者有cosigner) 一起连续三年满足家庭人数对应最低收入LICO+30%. (魁省是一年）

3）过去的担保经历，现在的担保经历，如果父母有小于21岁的dependant也要算入家庭人数。

4）审理时间有时不受限制：转渥太华审理和转香港审理，时间差别较大。

5）父母打指模和体检问题。

6）在审理过程中，依然要需要满足收入要求，并且担保人和 cosigner都要在加拿大。

7）父母一方如果体检出问题，则整个案子也很可能被拒。

8）CERB, EI不属于social assistance； CERB不从收入中扣，但EI要扣 。

9）担保人只要成为PR，再加入co-signer， 只要整体满足过去三年家庭收入要求，可递交申请。

10）如果当年有孩子了，那当年的收入要把孩子算入，而去年则不用。
