按照加拿大移民法IRPA/IRPR，自从2014年6月1号开始加拿大境内可以将旅游签/探亲签转成学签，

在入境加拿大后的六个月内完成后续正式专业课的前置课程.

R215(1) A foreign national may apply for a study permit after entering Canada if they

         (f) are a temporary resident* who

                   (iii) has completed a course or program of study that is a prerequisite to their enrolling at a designated learning institution;

188 (1) A foreign national may study in Canada without a study permit

         (c) if the duration of their course or program of studies is six months or less AND will be completed within the period for their stay authorized upon entry into Canada;
